【摘要】:TinsIntelnationalStandardspecificsteststoevaluatetheeffectsoftemperaturevariationsoncomponentsorequip-mentusedinancraft.Thetestshavelimitedapplicationandshouldonlybespecifiedintherelevantequipmentspecifi-cationwhenthethermaleffectsduetoachangeoftem-peraturearesignificanttotheoperationoftheequipment.Thetestswillenableequipmentmanufacturerstodemonstratethatthenequipment—whenexposedtochangesoftemperatuie—willcontinuetofunction,and/orsuivive.Twocategoriesoftestaredescribed:1)Temperaturevariationsgenerallyapplicabletoequipmentlikelytobesubjectedtogradualchangesinatmospherictemperature,and2)Thermalshock-generallyapplicabletoequipmentlikelytobesubjectedtorapidorinstantaneouschangesinatmosphenictemperature.Thetestsarenotsuitableforequipmentinstalledinlocationswheietheheattransferrateisgreatlyincreasedbyhighvelocityottutbulentanmovement(forexampleexternaltotheaircraftorinintakeorsuperchargerducting),wherethetemperatuiechangeaffectsonlycertainpaitsorsurfacesoftheequipment(forexampleradomes,windscreens,etc.),noraretheyapplicabletoequipmentwhichissubjecttothermalshockbycontactwithahotfluid(forexamplehydrauliccomponents).Forsuchequip-mentthelelevantequipmentspecificationshalldetailtheappiopriatetesttobeconducted.
