【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsrelatedtosafety,includingmethodsofratingandtestingsingle-,two-,three-,four-legandendlesssewnflatwovenwebbingslings,withorwithoutfittings,madeofpolyamide,polyesterandpolypropyleneman-madefibrewebbinginthewidthrangeof25mmto450mminclusive.TheflatwovenwebbingslingscoveredbythisPartofEN1492areintendedforgeneralpurposeliftingoperations,i.e.whenusedforliftingobjects,materialsorgoodswhichrequirenodeviationsfromtherequirements,safetyfactorsorworkingloadlimitsspecified.Liftingoperationsnotcoveredbythisstandardwouldincludetheliftingofpersons,potentiallydangerousmaterialssuchasmoltenmetalandacids,glasssheets,fissilematerials,nuclearreactorsandwherespecialconditionsapply.FlatwovenwebbingslingsconformingtothisEuropeanStandardaresuitableforuseandstorageinthefollowingtemperatureranges:a)polyesterandpolyamide-40°Cto100°C,b)polypropylene-40°Cto80°CThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytothetypesofwebbingslingindicatedbelow:a)slingssuchasbagslings,nets(consistingofseveralcrossedwebbingsstitchedtogether),‘adjustable’slings(containing,forexample,intermediatebucklesstitchedalongthewebbing),etc.;b)slingsmadefromwebbingwovenfrommonofilamentyarns;c)slingsdesignedforpre-slingingandintendednottobere-used;ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimizethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringtheuseofflatwovenwebbingslingswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththeinstructionsandspecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorauthorizedrepresentative.
